Patience

Patience is a man’s best friend in times of uncertainty, which really is this realm in which the universe exists. Patience very slowly, over time imparts critical self-control, which gradually transforms into inner strength; now, this dynamic strength slowly accumulating deep inside your bone cells over years, starts to painfully plough its way out from inside towards Freedom – our true state of existence, if harnessed and released appropriately.
The Freedom to choose amongst the thoughts you think, the freedom to choose between the words you speak, the freedom to decide amidst the options of action and reaction, the freedom to achieve the results you desire.

In essence, “Control over our own-self, is freedom in this conditioned existence;
             Unconditional surrender to uncertainty, is choosing conditions of certainty”

Existence in Transience is Freedom !

Faith and Fearlessness are essential attributes to achieve and realise inherent liberation, the inner freedom.

Freedom from the sensory illusion that only the physical is the real, from the belief in physical limits imposed by this unreal physicality, from pursuing self-centric thoughts, from chasing happiness outwards in form and freedom ultimately from the millenniums of sensory, physical, mental and social hypnosis.

Free from past conditioning, then is just the beginning of the realisation of spontaneous effortlessness in this transient interconnected existence - the birthless, the deathless, the endless, the bondless but unified and breathless - The Kingdom of Freedom...!

Eye Sight Seeing

"Someone suggested - An eye for an eye.
 Mahatma pleaded - An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind."

Out of the five senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. I believe an eye's sight is probably the most notoriously deluded sense or the one most amenable to lead us to perceive an illusion as the only reality and vice-versa.

I strongly feel, if one has to pick a sense to sacrifice, to secure peace of mind, this would be the one. It seems to be highly responsible for most of the suffering in this world. It also is very confusing, distracting and corrupting at the same time for your trembling, restless, fickle mind and we still trust it, to be believed in.

Blind, Sleeping, Meditating and Dead individuals are the most harmless of the humans, I humbly suppose. The world these humans imagine and dwell in, is as transitory and as formless as it has been promised to be, in every transcendental experience, mind or text.

Misty, curious eyes with some sight need immense training to avoid focusing, seeing and transmitting illusionary images to brain, to prevent misinterpretation which usually creates a blinding cloud of anxiety and  ignorance; whereas the eyes clearly blessed with true vision are intensely trained to focus well beyond the obvious and so always blissfully shine in wisdom of The Truth.

Making Maximum Mistakes

There are only two mistakes One can make on the road to The Truth
not going all the way and not starting.

I can give my teachings in brief, I can give my teachings in detail;
but, it is those who understand are very hard to find.

The Peaceful Kingdom of Freedom or The Panicful Rule of Feardom...?

Pain perceived as noxious by us, so prevented; is in fact an elixir that can painfully empower, strengthen, purify and therefore gradually imparts us with inner power & freedom with grace.
Pain can be physical, mental, spiritual, of hunger & thirst, of tears & cries, of love & lust, of disease & disability, of injustice & inequality, of abuse & betrayal, of lies & cheats, of losing & selflessness, of struggles and defeats, of slavery & poverty, of ignorance and ultimate pain of our perceived physical disappearance - to the inevitable Death - the Dissolution.

Pleasure perceived as an elixir by us, thus pursued; on the contrary can be noxious, as it sedately disarms, de-conditions, adulterates and therefore instills us with attachment, imprisons us with fear manifesting as panic and anxiety - very ungraceful.
Pleasure also can very similarly be physical, mental, spiritual, of food & drink, of love & lust, of health & ability, of justice & superiority, of control & command, of selfishness & stealing, of struggles & victories, of mastery & wealth, of wisdom and ultimate pleasure of our physical reflection - as robust Life, the physical Body - the Illusion.

The Need & thus the Struggle is to just switch the perception of our receptors, conditioned by years of physical, social and mental conditioning - that we humans have been put through.  Now the need is to perceive & observe only, without reaching to react immediately - Patience is the key transformer, the miracle medicine, the magic wand, a bitter blessing in a deadly disguise...!

Peace precipitates only unto those of us who despite being in immense Pain, still have the courage to patiently pick up the subtle clues embedded amongst the prevalent patterns of mental-physical conditioning, that have been driven from centuries by the mere shadows of Fear.
Fear of having the Pains, Fear of not having the Pleasures and then the Fear of Freedom from this conditioning - that has been acquired by our minds but is certainly not something that we were born with.
Freedom from this virtual Fear within our perception, is the real freedom that we are after. Freedom form this fear brings every other freedom along with it very effortlessly but never the other way round.

It's very very uneasy, as the patient struggle to switch the perception while in Pain intensifies, so does the perceived spasms of pleasure and pangs of pain, but then slowly somewhere deep inside of ourselves, manifests the transformation, which frees us from the oscillating illusion of the 'pain-pleasure syndrome' and provides us with an endless stream of joy amidst & irrespective of the prevalence of either pain or pleasure - the Ultimate Freedom...the Goal of Existence...The inherent Godness in Humans...!

All the worshipped, revered, hailed, celebrated - The Gods, the Prophets, the Angels, the Sages, the Saints, the Legends known to us in the known history of this universe - had probably struggled and then achieved the detachment upto an extent from the illusion of pleasurable physicality and thus had set themselves relatively free from this bondage of physical illusion - the fearful fragmentation of universe...which in reality is a fearless fullness - where all is intertwined in solitary sacred subtle thread of Life energy. This realisation primarily imparts spiritual & mental freedom & then brings with it all other Freedoms and all other Powers but with Grace & Humility - The Peaceful Kingdom of Freedom.

The Principles of Universe - The Sacred Song !

Two basic principles or deep laws that govern the Universe,

1. First is Rita - Regularity or order or law.
                            The Universe displays discipline.
                            Without it no scientific or moral discovery would be possible &
                            Human 'experience' would have no meaning, as there would be no learning.

2. The Second is Yajna - Sacrifice.
                            The Universe runs on renunciation.
                            The most significant human Action is sacrifice of personal gain for
                            something higher or holier.

If, Rita, regularity is the moral law governing the universal existence,
then Yajna, renunciation is the human response to live in accordance with the law.

We can use things,
but to be in harmony with the underlying laws of Life,
We should never feel that they are really ours.
Everything belongs to the Existence.

                                                               The Utterances of Sages - Upanishads

The Supreme Goal of Life !

Those who depart from this World,
without knowing who they are or what they truly desire,
have no freedom Here or Hereafter.

But, Those who leave Here,
Knowing who they are or what they truly desire,
Have freedom both in this World and in the Next.

                                                                                         The Chandogya Upanishad [VIII.1.6]

Ideal Teacher, as Invincible VS Ideal Student, as Fearless !

Right questions are half the battle in Life

Who am I?
Am I born here merely to be torn away from everyone, and everyone from me?
What dies of me? What is left of me, after Death?

What, if anything, can I do about you, oh ! seemingly Invincible, Inevitable Lord of Death - now, while I am still Alive?

Now, that I have seen your face, oh ! King of Death,
how can I enjoy? and what can I enjoy?

                                                                            Asks NACHIKETA,
                                                                            An honest, fearless, determined Teenager !

The Joy of spirit ever abides,
but not what seems pleasant to the senses.
Both these, differing in purpose, prompt us to action.

Perennial Joy or Passing pleasures?
This is the choice one is to make always.
Those who are wise recognise this, but not the ignorant.

Ignorant of their own ignorance,
yet wise in their own esteem,
those deluded men proud of their vain learning,
go round and round, like blind led by the blind.
Far beyond their eyes, hypnotised by the world of sense,
opens the way to Immortality.

"When one restrains the senses, stills the mind, rises above I, me and mine,
renounces all the surging selfish desires, and
loosen all the knots strangling his heart;
the mortal becomes immortal."

"I am my body; when my body dies, I die."
Living in this superstition,
they fall Life after Life under My sway.

                                                                                            Answers YAMA
                                                                                            King of Death, as in Katha Upanishad

"Death is a unique surgical procedure designed into the programme of our Life.
Where, our birth serves as an absolute indication and provides an implied consent as well. The sanity and sanctity of our living determines the anxiety and pain perceived pre and intra-operatively (during Life & Death), post-operative analgesia is guaranteed irrespective of our pain thresholds.

Creation performs Death routinely, religiously and relentlessly to prevent the cancer of physical immortality from plaguing the breathless transformation of energy and also to emphatically demonstrate the futility of clutching and clinging to the illusionary image of physicality of existence, as projected by the senses.
Surprisingly hypnotised by senses, most of us foolishly choose to ignore the obvious."

The Forgiven, The Forgiver, The Forgiveness - To Forgive or Fight Back !.

Forgiveness is one of the greatest attribute and has been considered a divine virtue by many wise souls, since the earliest physical existence on this planet.

It is a powerful, an invaluable but an extremely un-easy trait to cultivate or inculcate, but for the benefits-package it promises for every one of us, it seems to be worth the effort.

Its transient effects can be well perceived as instantly-thrilling, selfishly-immense, energy-conserving and ego-enhancing by the 'unaware, Mr. Forgiven'.
But for the latter, its surprisingly delayed but perpetual rewards are magically-creative, incalculably-intense, energy-focusing and ego-dissolving.

The Scriptures faithfully endorse this rewarding virtue and the Science has been suspiciously exploring this gainfully rare practice, even the earliest evidence-based-conclusions reflect, what has been confidently defined and documented in all of the supreme Scriptures centuries ago. The scientific research tries to document and patent that, what already has been done. And the spiritual diaries were meticulously detailed only after decades of focused, rigorous meta-physical research and practice, by the meditating spiritual scientists - the Sages.

Both, the forgiven and the forgiver involved stand to benefit from the choice that only one of them, Mr. Forgiver, is usually held responsible and sometimes requested to make, in a situation which most of the times is mutually stressful. This wise act of making a selfless, forgiving choice in a hostile situation by an individual, where a decision 'not-to-forgive' seems to be highly justifiable, decides the course the situation may take harbouring implications for both of them.

Usually only courageous individuals seek to forgive or are capable of forgiving. Courage is indeed required as one needs to exercise immense restraint on one's ego-driven senses of righteousness, honour, self-respect, integrity after being humbled or humiliated for inadequate reasons. But, still one chooses not to engage in threatening, punishing or demolishing a wrong-doer who is already a struggling, fearful, insecure, bundle of negative-thoughts, that Mr. Forgiven represents. Despite realising that a deserving punishment can be decisively inflicted and still choosing not to, makes Mr. Forgiver immensely powerful than the forgiven.
The punishment may not bring about a permanently desired gross change in the forgiver but only the noble act of forgiveness assures of a subtle but dynamic transformation, that may happen sooner or later; that too without any violence or wastage of intent, thoughts, speech and action.

Yes, I do agree, that in this fiercely practical self-centered world, the forgiver may be judged as weak or defenceless but in a vast spiritual field, the forgiver is far more stronger and even in a longer run in this short-sighted practical world as well.

Ever wonder, why Mr. Forgiver behaves in such a way; well from where I see, Mr. Forgiver already has access to much better alternatives and has committed himself to single-mindedly focus his harnessed creative energies on them rather than to un-gainfully engage in an attempt to neutralise a bundle of negative energy, already on its downhill path of auto-amputation.

So, to me it makes perfect sense, when you see the focused, wise Mr. Forgiver, opting to engage with energising, calm Miss Forgiveness; rather than choosing to deal with rude, abrasive and intoxicated Mr. Forgiven, and why not should every sensible person opt similarly ?

But, yes if you think that the sole purpose of your transient existence, is to show the defaulter his place or give him a taste of his own medicine and salvage some pride for your delicate, bruised complaining ego; then don't hesitate engage with them because, if you feel that way, then you must act that way. Be true to yourself. To ultimately realise that how wasteful such an  effort can be (just because there're so many of such negative bundles rolling around disenchanted around waiting to ambush someone) you surely need to go after a few of them to realise what a waste of time, effort & energy these encounters can be.

Please choose wisely & passionately, as your time, energy and breath - the Life here is limited.

In-SEARCH ... !

Emotions spiced-up in passion.
Hot, tearful, fuming, fearful & weary (feeling incomplete, insecure);
to seek thy source (my purpose, place, partner, peak), before I lose my Force (Life).
The Truth, but it seems, is out there, some where;
I want to have it, to believe in my Source.

Shepherded by The Force; I sense silently but slightly after all (realisation).
The search in essence, is for thy Source (my Creator);
that stays silent & still, deep inside my soul.
This Truth, now stands above All.

Driven by Faith, now plugged-in fearlessly (mindful),
deep inside - into the Source Supreme;
I am my Source, the Source is in me.
Recall the searching senses, the search has been called off;
The Source (my Creator), in fact, is my Soulful Self.

A Love (My True Love) so Supreme, now lovingly dares my Self in Source;
To surrender myself, to the elements of an infinite Force.
Selflessly makes us Live, the Force that Lives us;
This Love (endless want for Union with beloved), is for none other, but for the Supreme Source

Surrendered totally in every action &
and even in an extreme reaction (to live Life);
Sensing silently, through eternal navigation.
A calm mind, realizes when low on apprehension (mindful)
that this body is forced, even for a simple inspiration (Breath - Prana).

Let the Source of Force glow, radiate through mine,
Let it put Me to use or even it it feels like an abuse;
for the purpose of Life, Shall never be misuse. And,
so I shall strive to ever accept and Never do refuse.
As thy Self in thou Soul, is the Force of Source ... !

As the web issues out of the spider and is withdrawn,
As the plants sprout from the earth,
As the hair grows from the body, even so,
The Sages, say this universe springs from
The deathless Self, The Source of Life.
The Mundaka Upanishada (1.7)

Mindfulness & Meditation !

MINDFULNESS is a state of an intense presence, in the present tense.
It is such a joyful state of existence,
that its exact experience is beyond any form of expression.

The closest most of us come to being mindful in our daily lives is quite unknowingly, when someone or we ourselves find ourselves staring into a nothingness in space unaware of times or when we all are fast asleep every night; thoughtlessly. The best of such an experience, is encountered during a dreamless, dense and deep sleep - which only a few of us are blessed to have regularly. This only happens when one can manage to sleep in a state of a complete surrender (detached from the prevailing circumstances in our lives) to the force that actually breathes 'life force' (prana) into & out of, each of us every single moment in night, and makes us arise the next morning; while we are actually highly unaware of its subtle yet powerful and magical presence.

Not all of us who go to sleep every night, awake & arise the very next day.
Each one of us someday surely, will not arise or be awake for another magical day.

This is the only certain & changeless promise that Life has to offer to us.
This is the highest or the only supreme Truth of the entire existence and is obviously worth being aware of or mindful of, in every single breath that we inspire, as most certainly one of them would be the very last of our inspirations, before we finally expire.

Mindfulness, then appears, is a state demonstrated by every single living species and all the magical beauty, every single day, in an animate or inanimate display around us. Amidst which, we still manage to live with a mind-full of chaotic, cluttered, insecure, random, unregulated thoughts, ignoring the obvious message, so subtly/ secretly yet beautifully displayed.

Probably, every single existence (skies, earths, oceans, glaciers, mountains, rivers, trees, flowers, animals, reptiles, birds etc.) in its natural state, is so self-situated (Swastha - Sanskrit word for health, meaning - to be situated in one's own self - physically, mentally and spiritually); that to me this now seems to be a subtle but specific demonstration of Life's inherent or default state of existence.
This strikingly then seems to be an indication or a clue/ hint for the entire humanity. We have been so stressfully wandering in this wonderland of existence (Physical Life, Here) trying to seek answers to the unknown, beyond. The answers, I imagine would naturally flow to us, if we just try & seek to re-imbibe the natural state of our own mindful existence, that actually comes as a default setting within our cerebral software, in system-settings.

MEDITATION is a state of intense Mindfulness
A state, wherein the mind, the body and the soul are undifferentiated.
The UNITY - indivisible, uncompounded, formless.

During meditation all the energy, attention or awareness at the disposal of our beautiful mind, is now focused deeply within & onto the mind itself, by the mind, which eventually has the potential to take us into a infinite realm beyond the thinking mind and that seems to be the precise purpose of experiencing this state.

The state of boundless abundance or freedom, freedom not only from the external bondages, but more significantly from the inner knots of complicated and convoluted thoughts. Freedom from this heavy chain of relentless thoughts, rigid mindsets or dogmas that our minds can subtly but successfully get us trapped into, if this powerful energy available at its disposal, is focused just onto the sheer physicality & in this wonderland of existence, the life Here.

This formless state, probably a source of all the creations;
also seems to be a destiny, that the entire manifest and un-manifest existence Here, all share.

                                "The light of Lord flashes in the Lightening;
                                The light of Lord flashes in our Eyes.
                                It is the Power of Lord that makes
                               The Mind to think, desire and will. Therefore,
                              Use this Power to Meditate on Lord."

                                                                             The Kena Upanishad  (IV.4-6)

Is My Guilt, inbuilt...?

If Yes, then Why is my 'Guilt', Inbuilt…?

Why is my guilt inbuilt?
of the ‘sins sensed’ from dusk to dawn;
A Guilt’ - so powerfully built, of craving for ‘The Want’.
The Ego’, my splintered mental satire,
whips my sense horses, fuelling ‘The Desires’;
Commands...un-enough…!
till ‘The Will’ wilts...!
…it’s so un-content since forever...?

A desire for ‘The Unity’ ultimate,
doctored by thy ‘Master Mind’;
renders my ego bizarre, dry & blind.
It sees and hears, it smells, it tastes and smiles,
then it even lunges selfishly to touch;
It trembles, it holds, it quivers & shivers,
then it moans, it groans & then crumbles...as such.
It senses, primal yet perennial,
ahhh…a pleasure so pure;
It feels timeless though transient,
hmmm…this seems to be a treasure for sure…?

Bragged & dragged, by the Master for miles;
Thy soul in stillness, does only so much as it smiles.
Entrapped is thy Soul, in a breeze of physical wallop;
My Mind Masters faster, than the dear horses can gallop.
With such explosive passion for horses,
…Is it merely an abyss, this amazing Horse Power…?

Do I feel the Breeze?
…which so caresses, kisses, envelopes...!
or Do I still not?
Breeze is my Soul,
Breeze is indeed Her’s,
Our shells from inside out, this breeze does enclose…!
Still with all my will,
Do I even feel my soul?,
Do I even not feel Her’s?
…Am I thoughtlessly being Mastered into a denial..?

My Master now desperately seeks,
a companion of breeze;
for my impulsive, possessive, physical needs,
just to reach Her out & just heat 'n' freeze.
When she can talk so much softer than me, and
she can walk so much swifter than I;
while she can think so much deeper than thee, but
She can only shout silently as thy.
Just to feel Her for ever,
deep from inside out…but still;
…Why is my Soul revolting thy Master’s clout…?

Shall I, effortlessly release my ‘Horses of senses’ Here,
to ignite-in Her(e),
a pursuit so romantically resolute.
As I, darkly desire a pleasure secretive...!
Of course to have, eternally have Her(e).

Ohhh please…enough is un-enough, for Mind…
…as My enough is the only eternal I seek,
till it might, just temporarily Be...?

                                        OR

Shall I, struggle to restrain my ‘Horses to senses’ Here,
as nothing-in Her(e),
remotely appears any absolute.
As I, decently realise a realm relative…!
Only to have Her(e) & to inevitably leave Her(e).

Heyyy please…only eternal is enough, for Soul…
…as perhaps The eternal is the only enough,
for My Self, is a transient Thee…?

The Guilt it seems is deeply inbuilt...somewhere deeper within, nowhere remotely outside.

The Guilt - is the Fight, is the Daily Battle that each of us embattles ourselves with, every single morning between Our Powerful Senses commanded by Mind - The proverbial Master Vs. Wisdom of Life, enclosed within our eternal Souls.

To Live our Life, without even remotely paying attention to, or even trying to resolve this eternal battle, being fought every second on the terrain of our  super sub-consciousness; is to live a life - ignoring the most important challenge facing our own peaceful existence. Ignorance is only bliss, till it no longer is...!

I have tried to put forth the War between heart and mind...!
I have tried to represent the immense similarity shared by the physicality & chemistry of attraction, felt by each one of us towards this mesmerizing material world and our magnetic mutual opposites…while thinking of making money and/ or love...in every single nanosecond…if the whole existence of billion years is simply condensed in a 24hr clock time.

The perennial small battles constituting this eternal War;
waged between the horses of senses and charioteer, the soul,
fought by each of us in every single moment, in every tiny thought,
while attempting to choose between the unapparent yet illusive choices,
the battlefield then it appears, is somewhere deeper beneath the physical human terrain...probably very intra-cellular, in every single cell…no may be even sub-atomic.

Between:
more and enough,
release and restrain,
indulgence and prudence,
gratification and meditation,
accumulating and donating,
receiving and giving,
having and leaving,
horsing and nursing.
selfishness and selflessness,
enough and eternal.
.

In an effort to make one realize that, the calculated enough is very relative and only infinite eternal comes quite close to a probable absolute, through these questions that have been haunting a fragmented human terrain, since its inception. To realize that the War we fight is within ourselves and not with other-selves, that the war we fight is within and not without, that the war harbours dis-ease and only peace deep inside can summon ease, and that the elusive peace too, is in our hands as is the decision to go to the war, despite appearing not to be.

Is Ego-driven, an Eco-driven way of My Life ?

When 'I' live My Life with Ego-drive switched on, I feel persistently challenged but
When 'The Life' lives me on sans-Ego mode, I feel incessantly empowered.

The former way of living is a historically conditioned human-pattern, in a rampant and unregulated practice in this civilised world. But, the latter mode of evolutionary living, is a self-regulatory one and is reasonably difficult to practice amidst the prevalent power-trips on the former mode of travel.

The Ego-driven mode in such a shorter-span (HUMAN existence), is without doubt - quite enticing, energy  craving-consuming-craving, 'I'-enhancing, ego-inflating, instantly gratifying, expeditious, enthralling but exhausting, a finite & health-at-risk mode of travelling in the Here.

Where as probably over a much cosmic span (LIFE, in existence), the sans-Ego mode - unsurprisingly would turn out to be an enormously ecological, effortless, engrossing, economical, energy-sharing, ego-deflating, enlightening, health-enriching, exhilarating & endless mode of travelling in the Now & the Here-after.

The capacity to realise that we have the ability to think, to choose and modify is what separates us Humans from the rest of the existing Life. This 'ability' comprises an exclusive application installed in our most advanced cerebral software systems. But, unfortunately we tend to use this advanced application quite sub-optimally and not precisely in the way it was supposed to be.

We must choose selflessly & wisely, as every single choice we make, in every single moment of our daily lives, is not happening without a consequence and these consequences affect not anyone else out there but Only Us.
